In the mail box today, so many things.... a wonderful new poem by Lee in the Mid-American Review and two new poems by that Ballard girl.

Karen Craigo is one of my favorite editors.

ps: Ballard also wins second in the James Wright Award

Karen Craigo ROCKS! She has excellent taste. Also she signs everything with a smiley face and means it. Congrats on your publication.

I read your poems in MAR and they are beautiful. I remember the sparrow poem from the book. Haunting.

Thank you Peter, Charlie, Ivy, and Ali. It is nice to have writing friends.

If I had to explain to one more of my other friends who James Wright was, my head was going to spin around.
